Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy:

Here at The Canvas Talk, we pride ourselves in offering high quality personalized artwork to your complete satisfaction. All our artists are professionally qualified and trained from best institutes. They have over 10 years of experience turning photos into art for our customers. We understand that personalized artwork is truly in the eye of the beholder, but we are confident that you will be fully satisfied with our artists and top notch customer service.

 

Returns:

If your artwork has been shipped to you already, simply call us within 7 days of delivery to let us know that you will be returning it and why. As long as we hear from you, and then receive your returned artwork within 14 days of the original delivery date, we will give you the 70% refund for the artwork. (Shipping charges do not apply and cannot be refunded.)

 

Cancellations:

If the artist has not started working on your artwork, and you don't want to continue your artwork project with us, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

If the artist has started working on your artwork, and you don't want to continue your artwork project with us, you will not be eligible for a refund of the 30% deposit amount, since the artist has put in time and effort on your artwork. 

 

Damaged Items:

If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@thecanvastalk.com, and we will be happy to replace your damaged artwork. We do not require damaged items to be returned. However, we need you to provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can handle the claim process with our carrier properly.

  • The Canvas Talk reserves the right to deny returns from customers with excessive return history.

  • If a photo is blurry, we will let you know right away. If you would like us to try anyway, we can continue if you waive your right to a full refund.

  • If the painting is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new art work at absolutely no charge to you.

  • If you are not happy after viewing the photo of the painting you can ask for modifications - we do modifications free of charge! Should you decide even after several modifications that you are not happy with the result we will of course respect your decision. As our artists have put in time and effort into your artwork, you will not be eligible for a refund of the 30% deposit amount. At the same time, you will not be required to pay the balance 70% amount. 

  • Once you have given your approval on the artwork after viewing it online we will ship the painting to you. You will not be eligible for a refund thereafter on the basis of not liking the artwork. Any requests for changes, refunds and cancellation of projects will be accepted before your approval.
